The Attic Ltd. is an award winning Architectural studio based in Barbados, established in 1999. Since inception and under the creative direction of the founder Roldano Bellori, the company has designed and built a number of iconic tropical modern condominiums, houses, and commercial buildings.
At the Attic, an emphasis is placed on integrating the natural environment and creating a balance with the users of every project. A focus is also heavily placed on detailing as a means of imbuing originality and distinctiveness.
We consider every project in the context of its place, time and intended users with the aim to create spaces that inspire the best of human nature.
